This is one of the Best Calf Exercises to stimulate repair in your injured calf.
The exercise should not be painful to perform – but it can be uncomfortable.
The instructions suggest doing 10 repetitions of the calf exercises – if necessary start at only 2 or 3 and progress slowly.
